- Fabrics listed in our website are the most common materials used for baseball caps/hats.
- Actual fabric colour may vary +/-10% from the Pantone indicated, as each dyeing lot is different.
- Minimum fabric dyeing quantity for woven Cotton fabric is 500yards (44" fabric width). Which is good enough to make 3,000pcs of cap in one solid colour.
- Minimum fabric dyeing quantity for woven Polyester fabric is 1,000yards (58" fabric width). Which is good enough to make 7,000pcs of cap in one solid colour.
- To be able to order lesser quantities of caps, we buy from fabric supplier's stocks. Fabric suppliers claim their fabrics are AZO-free, we cannot guarantee the dye stuffs are AZO-free. If AZO dye test is required, buyer will have to pay for all the lab-test charges.
