Samples are all made according to customer's design.

Samples require 10-14 days to make. (depends on material availability)

1st sample is free of charge. Courier charges to be covered by customer.

More than 3pcs per model is considered as salesman sample. Salesman sample cost 150% from original.

Artwork for logo embroidery or printing to be provided by customer. Preferred in jpeg format with 300dpi.

Embroidery set up charge is not required when an order placed.

Printing set up charge is required unless order quantity is more than 30K in 1 shipment.

Embossed metal clip buckle and rubber badge required a mould charge. Its cost is depends on the size and no. of colour.

We accept all sizes of order. However, colour of the material may not be 100% same as customer wishes.

Minimum fabric dyeing quantity for Heavy Cotton Twill is 200doz/solid cap col. or 150doz/solid fisherman hat col.

Minimum fabric dyeing quantity for Regular Cotton Twill is 300doz/solid cap col. or 250doz/solid fisherman hat col.

14 days after sample approval (for quantity less than 1,000pcs)

21 days after sample approval (for quantity less than 5,000pcs and more than 1,000pcs)

30 days after sample approval (for quantity less than 30,000pcs and more than 5,000pcs)

1 Form A or Certificate of Origin to be provided for each order (for shipment quantity more than 1,000pcs and more than US$1,500.-)

The cost of each extra Form A is US$50.-

The cost of each extra Certificate of Origin is US$20.-

Export licence (Quota) is not required for US shipment at the moment.

Our standard packing for cap is 25pcs/polybag/inner box, 150pcs/carton
(G.W. approx. 17Kg and Vol. approx. 0.13CBM)

Extra cost is required for individual polybag packing or printed polybag.

Extra cost is required for hangtag or sticker on each cap.

Telex transfter (T/T) remittance is preferred. 30% deposit when order placed, 70% balance against copy of bill of lading.

L/C at sight is acceptable. All banking charges to be born by L/C applicant's cost (including Hong Kong local charges) when the total amount is less than US$10,000.-
